I am new to Medium. But this problem is driving me crazy. I am reaching out to the Medium community for help.

Here is the problem. Not all countries are eligible to join the Medium Partner Program (MPP). The problem is that the MPP uses the Stripe fund transfer service, which is only available in 33 countries. So, Pakistan and India are out.

Help! … What buy me a coffee, donation, or crowdfunding applications are available for writers in Pakistan?

I am not asking for myself. I live in a country that is eligible for the MPP. But there has to be a way to support all the great Medium writers in Pakistan.

This problem came to my attention when I started reading Sana Naz (@sananaz1412), who writes from Pakistan. Let’s all help her and others like her.

I did check the following: Ko-Fi, Buy Me A Coffee, and Patreon. None seem to be available in Pakistan. Am I wrong? What are the alternatives for Pakistan?

Please, please, if you have any ideas, post them in the comments!

Let’s help each other.
